Shipping Policy
One of the most important aspects of an order is the shipping method and time frame. Here at Small World Wonder, you can trust that your order will be processed and shipped in a timely manner. The majority of orders, domestic and international, are shipped within 1-2 business days of order placement.
Our preferred shipping carrier is the US Postal Service. We offer First Class, Priority, and Priority International. We also offer UPS and FedEx.
For our International Customers the shipping rate charged to you on our site during checkout is for the transit cost only. Our site does not pay for any additional duty or custom fees. International buyers are responsible for their own duty, custom and or brokerage fees. Your government may impose a charge for customs and/or brokerage fees, duties and taxes on items received from the USA. You are responsible for these fees when these goods are imported into your country. Since these fees will vary from country to country, we do not know what your fees will be and advise you to contact your local government customs agent to determine the rate for the products you would like to purchase. Pre-Orders
We are happy to offer two types of Pre-Orders. As with all Credit Card and/or Google Checkout orders, your credit card is never charged until your order ships. (PayPal Express payments process immediately). Our Pre-Orders are as follows:
1) In Stock Soon Pre-Order: The item has been re-ordered and is in route to our facility and will truly be in stock, very soon! We estimate that it will ship by the specified Pre-Order Date. These are items we carry year-round, and are simply restocking. The manufacturer has confirmed with us that the item has shipped. Your order will ship as soon as we restock the item. If at any point there is a delay, you will be the first to know. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. A confirmation email will be sent confirming your shipment.
2) Future Release Pre-Order: The item has been ordered for a future release. It will ship by the specified Future Release Month. Future Release Pre-Orders are for toys that have not yet hit the market, but have been ordered in advance by us with the Manufacturer. As with any type of future release, the time frame can change based on the Manufacturers schedule. If the Future Release Month should change, we will notify you. Your order will ship as soon as we receive the item. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. A confirmation email will be sent confirming your shipment.
When placing your Pre-Order, please choose either the Credit Card or Google Checkout option. This ensures that your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. PayPal customers choosing to pay via PayPal express will have their funds immediately withdrawn. We are unable to hold PayPal express charges, as they are immediate. Therefore, please be sure to use either a Credit Card or Google Checkout.
