Due to the nature of our product offering, our return policy varies depending upon the type of item purchased. Please note the following:

·  Items that are sold in Loose, Mint, or Like New Condition are sold as described. Once you receive your order, please inspect the condition immediately. If you feel your item is not in the condition described, please contact us with 5 days of received shipment. We will work with buyers for items such as these on a case by case basis.

·  Items that are factory sealed, may be returned as long as they are unopened and are still factory sealed. You can not return an item that has been opened, played with and or used in any manner. Please contact us regarding your return. A return address will be given to you and your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the return package. A 10% restocking fee will apply. As the buyer, you are responsible for funding the return shipping. Please return ship your item in the same box we shipped it in, or one similar in size and make, and use a shipping method with tracking.

·  If we make a shipping error we will credit you for your return shipping. For example, you received the wrong item and/or an item was defective. Defective means the item did not work or operate according to the manufacturers instructions. Again, an item that is played with and then broken is not considered defective, and can not be returned. Please contact us regarding your return. A return address will be given to you and your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the return package. Please return ship your item in the same box we shipped it in, or one similar in size and make, and use a shipping method with tracking. We will also credit your account for the return shipping rate.
